Gregory P. Johnson formed Precise Construction in 1988 after twenty years’ experience in the construction industry throughout the Midwest. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in 1968 from Michigan Technological University and his Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Akron in 1973. Greg obtained his Florida General Contractor’s license in 1980. He has extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and residential construction while specializing in healthcare, metal buildings, religious facilities, and commercial remodeling.
Greg is active in several non-profit organizations. In 1992, he was the builder and a Founder for “Joshua House” in Lutz, Florida. His support and involvement with Joshua House continues to the present.
In 2007, planning began for the construction of “A Kid’s Place” in Valrico, Florida. Greg was selected as general contractor for the project, chair of the Construction Committee, and is one of the Founders.
Greg and his wife Pam have been active members of Holy Innocents Episcopal Church, Valrico, since 1980. They have three married children and five grandchildren.
