Beth Bradburn was born outside of Chicago and grew up in the Midwest. She joined the United States Air Force in 1983 and served 9 years in California, Turkey and Texas, including Desert Storm and Desert Shield before moving to the west coast of Florida in 1992.

Beth is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Homes by West Bay, LLC, a private homebuilder in the Tampa Bay area. She previously served as Controller and Division Finance Manager for several large public homebuilders for over 20 years before joining Hones by West Bay in 2011. 

Beth is active with the Urban Land Institute in Washington DC, serving on the Residential Neighborhood Council (Gold Flight). In addition, Beth serves as the Chairperson on the Board of Directors for A Kid’s Place, a Group Foster Home in Brandon, FL and is a Life Member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association. Beth has also been very active with the Girl Scouts of Gulf Coast Florida for many years and served as the Treasurer of the Riverview High School Kiltie Band Booster organization.

Beth attended Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL. She resides in the Greater Tampa Bay Area with her husband Tony and enjoys spending time with her daughters and their families, including five very active grandchildren.
