Steve Ratcliff graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in finance and business administration. With a career spanning 45 years in the Auto, RV, and Insurance industries, Steve has held numerous significant positions. He spent a decade as the Vice President of Canada and Associates, followed by 25 years as the Vice President of Finance and Insurance at Lazydays RV. His career culminated with a five-year tenure as a Sales Manager at General RV, from where he retired.
Steve has been a Board Member with A Kid’s Place of Tampa Bay since 2008 and chairs the Program Committee. During his time at Lazydays RV, Steve was a founding board member of the Lazydays Employee Foundation, where he served as Vice President. In retirement, he enjoys staying active by cycling, swimming and playing golf. Steve lives in Plant City with his wife of 45 years.
