Our teens have been growing so much at AKP! Through our Independent Living Program, we’ve assisted our kids with resume building, interview skills and more. This Summer, one of our teens, Sophie, age 13, applied and received an internship with our Development Team! Check out her Take 5 below:

Marion Illinois, go to my childhood house

To be invisible

Kindergarten Teacher 

5. What’s your favorite thing to do? 

Go on my tablet, hangout with my sister and the team, and go swimming

How to not be selfish

A Dog

Lunch

Going to the beach with my Guardian Ad Litem
