For children living in foster care, birthdays and the holiday season can be an emotional time. Many of our children have experienced difficult circumstances before coming into our care and special occasions can bring up a mix of feelings. At A Kid’s Place, we believe every child deserves to experience the excitement and wonder of childhood, especially during the holiday season.
Each year, A Kid’s Place collects toys and gifts to make holiday wishes come true for children living at A Kid’s Place and for foster children throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. In addition to the holidays, we also provide gifts for birthdays, graduations, and other important milestones, which helps our children feel celebrated all year long.
