Introducing, Jovante! A kind and precocious 15 year old who enjoys making art and being around people who make him happy. Jovante was one of our 7 teens who was able to experience Homecoming this year!
What was your favorite thing about homecoming?
Having fun with my friends and all of the dance circles!
What makes you happy?
Music! I like listening to Rod Wave.
What makes you feel brave?
When I have the courage to try new things.
What makes you feel loved?
When someone tells me they love me.
What’s something you have done recently that made you feel proud?
My grades are really good right now, so I am proud of that!
What is your favorite subject?
Art! I like to make 2D Art at school.
Where would you like to travel?
Canada because I want to go somewhere that is cold so I could see snow.
What do you think you will be really good at when you are a grown up?
Making money!
If you could only eat one food or snack forever, what would it be?
Sour Patch Kids! The Hawaiian kind.
What’s a memory that makes you happy?
This summer was really fun. I got to do the (Florida Aquarium) Summer Camp and spend time with my friend Ashley. We got to go together. I loved getting to go scuba diving!
What has been your favorite moment at AKP?
I like getting to eat dinner all together with my house. Mrs. G cooks amazing food! I love it when she cooks.
If you could hang out with any fictional character or celebrity for 24 hours who would it be?
Teen Titans! I’d like to hang out with all of them and examine their powers up close. My favorite is Beast Boy.
