There was not a dry eye at A Kid’s Place last week as we welcomed back Jasmine to congratulate her for graduating from Navy basic training. She has been at A Kid’s Place since she was 16 years old and we have seen her blossom into an amazing young woman.

We were so excited to have her come out to our campus to speak to our children. The kids were eager to ask her questions about her experiences at boot camp and what she has to look forward to in the future. When asked her favorite thing about coming home, she said “eating a cheeseburger and seeing my family.”

We are beyond proud of Jasmine and we cannot wait to see what amazing things she accomplishes!
