At A Kid’s Place, we love celebrating all the holidays. Holidays can be an especially difficult time for children in foster care as they navigate through so many changes and uncertainties. That’s why we’re so grateful for the amazing community that surrounds us to help make every holiday so special for our kids.

We’re so happy to share that our children were able to have a happy & yummy Thanksgiving this year. Filled with laughter, fun and a sense of community and family. Each of our houses were provided with everything they needed for a full Thanksgiving feast!

Thank you to the following people for providing these special meals:

Maria Toledo with the CertaPro Painters Tampa Team, Sarah Bridges, Seventh Avenue Apothecary, Doug Wandell of Sherwin-Williams, and Sean Wilkinson of Publix Tampa.

Our kids also got a chance to give back themselves during this season of giving! Our kids got to help sort and prep food to give back to those in need at Feeding Tampa Bay. This was such a valuable experience for our kids to be a part of, and they had a blast doing it!

It’s been a wonderful Holiday season so far, and we can’t wait to see what else is in store to close out a wonderful 2023.
